El 10 de diciembre de 1948, hace 70 a\u00f1os, la Declaraci\u00f3n General de los Derechos Humanos fue anunciada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas en el Palacio de Chaillot en Par\u00eds. En este aniversario, el festival internacional de literatura berlin (ilb) recurre a personas, instituciones, universidades, escuelas y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que valoran la libertad de prensa y los derechos humanos para organizarse y participar en una lectura mundial en memoria del asesinado periodista saud\u00ed Jamal Khashoggi. La Declaraci\u00f3n Universal de Derechos Humanos<\/b> fue adoptada por la tercera Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, el 10 de diciembre de 1948 en Par\u00eds. Ninguno de los 56 miembros de las Naciones Unidas vot\u00f3 en contra del texto, aunque Sud\u00e1frica, Arabia Saudita y la Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica se abstuvieron.<\/span><\/div>\n
